Safety in the Pools
IMPORTANT - There are no lifeguards on duty at the pools.
Pool users are responsible for their own safety when using the pools on the complex. Parents and others in charge of children must be aware of the danger of deep water. Unfortunately children do not comprehend the potential dangers. Children under the age of 18 must, by law, be supervised at all times both in & out of the pools.
Diving is not permitted; the pools are not deep enough!
Users with open wounds or skin complaints must protect them before entering the pools.
Parents introducing babies to the water are to be encouraged, however babies must wear waterproof pants.
Pets are not allowed in the pools.
Small toys & papers must not be taken into the pools. Beside causing foot injury they can end up in the filters.
Inflatables are permitted, but users must give due consideration to other users at busy times.
Do not enter the pool if intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Alcohol is not to be consumed in the pool & no glass utensils are permitted at the pool lounging area. Food is also not to be eaten in the pools.
If a lightning storm threatens, the pool must be immediately evacuated.
In the event of solid faecal contamination or liquid faecal/blood/vomit contamination in the pool, users should immediately report findings to CG Property Services Ltd.on (357) 26 942 428 .Users should stay out of the pool until the Pool Maintenace company have throroughly cleansed the water & issued an All Clear.

OWNERS who are not up to date with their Maintenance payments are not allowed to use the pool. The SOOA Insurance does not cover them, or their tenants!
