Paying the Maintenance Charge

Pay once on 02 January, or by 2 instalments on 02 January & 01 July. Alternatively, quarterly stages; 02 January, 01 April, 01 July & 01 October.

NOTE; payment by instalment is a concession that can be withdrawn at any time.

 

A late payment charge' of €40 (as permitted by Directive 2011/7/EU of the European Parliament) will be applied.  Payment which is made after each quarter in which it is due will be subject to this charge.
