Sirena Olympia was built in 2 phases between 2004 & 2005 by Costas Gavrielides & Sons Limited of Paphos. The complex comprised a total of 102, 1 Bed & 2 Bed apartments, with two pools and on-site parking.

Apartments are numbered 1 to 242.
Apt numbers in the 100's are situated on the 1st floor & in the 200's on the 2nd floor. Upper floors are accessed by staircases & some ground floor apartments have stepped access..
For example, Apt 41 is on the ground floor, above that is Apt 141 & above that, Apt 241.
Since 08 June 2010, following the availability of Title Deeds for all apartments, the day to day management of the complex has been undertaken by the Sirena Olympia Owners Administration (SOOA).
Currently the SOOA employs C.G Properties Services Limited as their agent for the collection of maintenance charges and for pool maintenance, cleaning & any general repair work.
