Insurances
Since 01 December 2013 the SOOA Committee, in accordance with Clause 38K(1) of the Regulations, have been responsible for insuring all the buildings,communal areas and swimming pools, primarily against Fire, Lightning and Earthquake.
In addition they are required to hold Public Liability Insurance.
The insurances are with CNP Asfalistiki.

Roofing maintenance from 2018
At the AGM held in 2017 owners were advised that from January 2018 the responsibility for roof maintenance will be paid for from the contingency fund.
Including it this way avoids CGPS Ltd having to pursue individual owners for payment. It also ensures that everyone pays their fair share of roof maintenance.
