AUTHORISATION

An inaugural meeting of owners took place on 08 June 2010, following the availability of Title Deeds for all apartments, This was in accordance with the provisions of The Immovable Property (Tenure, Registration and Valuation) (Amendment) Law of 1993. From that date the Sirena Olympia Owners Association [Later Administration] was formed and took over from the developer, the responsibility for the management of the complex.

DEFINITION / Σύνταγμα

A constitution is a set of fundamental principles or established precedents according to which a state or other organization is governed. These rules together make up, i.e. constitute, what the entity is. When these principles are written down into a single document or set of legal documents, those documents may be said to embody a written constitution; if they are written down in a single comprehensive document, it is said to embody a codified constitution.

Σύνταγμα είναι ο θεμελιώδης νόμος επάνω στον οποίο βασίζεται η διαμόρφωση ολόκληρης της νομοθεσίας μιας χώρας όσον αφορά τα δικαιώματα και υποχρεώσεις του πολίτη, την οργάνωση και βασικούς κανόνες λειτουργίας του κράτους και των θεσμών.

Το σύνταγμα μπορεί να εκπονηθεί και εγκριθεί από συντακτική συνέλευση (αντιπροσωπεία του λαού) ή να είναι άθροισμα νόμων ή άλλων διατάξεων που με την πάροδο του χρόνου έχουν καταστεί θεμελιώδεις.
