The responsibility of looking after the pools is CGPS Ltd. They subcontract out the work of maintaining the pools to H2Owen Ltd.

Cleaning and testing of Chlorine, PH, Alkalinity and cyanuric acid is carried twice a week throughout the year. During the peak usage times of June through to September, bacteriolocal tests are also undertaken to ensure the water is in tip-top condition.

The pool liner in Phase B was replaced in May 2018 & the liner in Phase A is nearing the end of its life, (average is 10 years). The SOOA has financial reserves set aside for a replacement when the time comes.
